"This is consider one of the best seminar that I ever participated because in this seminar, I had learnt the way to become a good instructor besides knowing only the technical side of Taekwon-do. In this seminar, GM Leong had taught us the five important human values in which I feel that it is essential and important to be taught to the new white belts before teaching them the techniques. Besides, in term of technical, it was very interesting and relax because the number of participants were essential for this seminar. All and all, I can conclude that I had learnt the important part as an instructor and I would like to thanked GM Leong for giving and sharing with us his experiences in this seminar. I wish that it can be held in Sarawak in future so that this knowledge can be spread to all Taekwon-do members in Sarawak."

Although training under ITF Sarawak allowed me to see fundamentals being executed, I never could comprehend or execute such movements myself to such precision until attending this seminar. Even though it was my very first, I must say it is very enlightening, not only allowing me to understand the fundamentals, but allowing me to properly teach it to future students as well. I would strongly recommend attending this course to all ITF practitioners.

"This was my first time attending such seminar. During this seminar not only do i get to improve on my fundamental movements which is vital to the art as a whole but i also learn how to be a better person through the human values explained by the Grandmaster. I am sure that after this seminar i will be able to become a better instructor in helping to spread to words and teachings of Gen Choi, father of TaeKwondo, to the people of Sarawak, young and old alike. This seminar is considered one of the best and also the most enjoyable one that I have ever participated in. Within the three days, GM Leong really gave and shared with us his experiences.

He showed us how to teach fundamental movements in a clearer and more patient ways to our students. According to GM Leong, a student can master the art of ITF TaeKwon-Do better if he or she had learn the correct and accurate fundamental movements from the very beginning.

GM Leong also explained the 5 human values to us which really impressed me. I am sure that by teaching this 5 values and instilling them in our members, a more peaceful world can be built, as envisioned by the founder Gen. Choi in our student oaths.

On the third day, GM Leong also shared with us his experience in meditation. According to him, meditation can help a person to have better mental concentration, a more relaxed body as well as better blood circulation throughout the body which will be a great help especially to TaeKwon-Do students. After attending this seminar, I am confident that in the future as an instructor I will be able to pass my knowledge and experiences in TaeKwon-Do to my students in a better and more effective way.

As manager for the team from ITF Sarawak attending this International Instructor Seminar 2010, I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude for the co-operation and helpfulness of the team members which made this trip an enjoyable and most certainly an unforgetable one and showed that ITF Sarawak is just like a big family. Finally, I would like to extend my most sincere gratitude to the chief instructor of Melaka and his wife, Mr and Mrs Lee Yu Jin for all their help and their hospitality the entire time we are in Melaka.

Mr. Leong Wee Ping
