New Sarawak TaeKwon-Do Association ITF club in SK Bandar Samariang
First I would like to thank the principal, teachers and students of Sk Bandar Semariang for their support in starting this new club here at their school. Our first training was on Sunday 5th April 2009. The instructor appointed for our training is myself, En Ismail Hj. Suhaili.
Even though we are still new, our students are very committed and very keen in learning this Korean Martial Arts. Up till today, we have about 70 members from age 10-12. (Primary 4, 5 & 6)
Our training is once a week. We train either on Saturday or Sunday depending on school activities from 8.30am to 11.00am. Up till today we already had 3 upgradings by Master Johnny Chai with the 1st on 2nd August 2009, 2nd on 6th February 2010 and most recently the 3rd grading on 1st May 2010.
Like any other school clubs under Sarawak TaeKwon-Do Association ITF, the entrance fee for our club is RM20 (Paid once) and monthly fees of RM10. We hope that this year our members can participate in the tournaments and other activities organized by Sarawak TaeKwon-Do Association ITF.
